Hola Aloha Younglings,

How is everyone doing today?

Forgive my absence, there was a covid alert in the community and we had to tend to it.

Hope everyone’s Remote Viewing practices have been going well.

In adding to today’s lecture about Remote Viewing, we’ll be discussing some smart brain foods or supplements (also called Nootropics) that help in boosting one’s Remote Viewing skills. In this case, we’ll be dealing with foods that you have on hand now that you can use as natural nootropics. Since I’m a big fan of using Food as Medicine, this is always a favorite lecture to share with Younglings.

Here are some common foods that are classified as Nootropics which help with cognitive function, creativity, motivation and memory.

Water

Dark Chocolate

Red Wine

Coffee

Green Tea

Coconut Oil (even other types of seeds and nuts for the oils)

Spinach

Blueberry

Turmeric

Eggs

A favorite snack to make is a turmeric and spinach scrambled eggs in coconut oil. Wash it down with a side of blueberries and green tea … round that out with a snack of dark chocolate, sip of red wine and you’re ready for a full RV day!

A few other important things to consider is water for hydration. I think it is of utmost importance to stay hydrated by drinking enough water since we are all primarily composed of it. For example, to figure out how much water you should be drinking a day take you body weight in pounds, divide it by 2 and that is the amount of water in ounces to drink in a day. If you weigh 140 pounds, drink 70 ounces of water or 4.5 pints.

Another important thing to consider is Blood Type. If you know your blood type you can easily select foods as medicine and eliminate ones considered toxic. And if you’re indigenous hardcore, you’ll actually eat brain as your smart food. (There are some delicious pates out there as well as ‘head cheeses’ for the adventurous Remote Viewing foodies out there). As we believe, we are what we eat. Enjoy!

Alright Younglings, this concludes Day 29/365.

This is Friday, over and out.

We’ll see you tomorrow. May The Force Be With Us All.
